We offer complimentary local delivery on all orders — both closing gift orders and online shop purchases — to addresses in Nashville, Franklin, and Brentwood, Tennessee.
Local delivery availability is automatically determined at checkout based on your delivery address. Addresses outside our local delivery zone will be offered shipping at checkout.
Closing gift baskets are not available for purchase through the online shop and are handled directly through an order inquiry. Free local delivery applies to Nashville, Franklin, and Brentwood addresses. For all other locations, flat-rate shipping applies — see rates below.

For closing gift orders outside our local delivery zone, we offer flat-rate shipping via USPS Ground Advantage with insurance included.

All shipments include standard insurance coverage. Road & Court is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by USPS.
We recommend placing closing gift orders 1–2 weeks in advance of your closing date. This allows sufficient time for sourcing inventory, custom production, and any personalized or branded items.
Need a gift in less than one week? We'll do our best to accommodate whenever possible. Rush orders are subject to a $25 rush fee, and item availability cannot be guaranteed on a compressed timeline. Contact us as early as possible to discuss your options.
All online shop orders are paid in full at the time of checkout.
For closing gift orders placed via inquiry, an invoice will be sent upon order confirmation. Payment is required before production begins.
Because our closing gifts are custom-made, all closing gift orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Production typically begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and payment receipt.
If your circumstances change — including a closing that falls through — please contact us immediately at hi@roadcourt.com. We will do everything we can to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund once materials have been ordered or production has started.
For non-custom online shop orders, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. Personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you to make it right.
